Custom-made items: If the shoe size you have ordered is not available in our warehouse, we will manufacture the shoes specifically for you. As our shoes are handcrafted with care, the manufacturing process will take approximately 6 to 10 working days. Once your custom shoes are ready, they will be shipped to you within an additional 2 to 4 working days.
Please note that our skilled artisans handcraft all of our shoes to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. We appreciate your understanding of the time required to create these unique, custom-made products.
