Was there a mistake? We apologize for that. Don’t worry. You only need to fill out the form below to start a free return, refund or exchange. we will send you the new product and take back the first one. You will not have to go anywhere.

All shoes that are customized on the "Design 3D" platform are final sale products. If you are unsure about your size, contact us and we will help you (see contact info paragraph 4).

Return or Exchange 


Returned products must be in unworn condition :

  • Products being returned must be in their original packaging and unworn with tags still on. You have 14 days after the delivery date to return the item.



  • 2  Complete the form.

  • Please indicate your order/invoice, the product you are returning, the type of your return if it’s for an exchange or a refund, and specify the reason behind this request to help us improve our quality process and offer you the best consumer experience with us.

  • We'll get in touch with you as soon as the return form reaches us and has passed quality control. We will contact you to let you know that your exchange or refund has been processed.

    Customers have the right to request a refund from the date of order payment until 14 days after receiving the order and If the product does not match your order or if the product is damaged. This 14-day window provides ample time for you to assess your purchase and decide if a refund is necessary.
