SHIPPING POLICY

At Gess & Kom, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and service to our customers. Our manufacturing and shipping policies are designed to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We ship worldwide using UPS and DHL.

• 1 - In-stock items: If the shoe size you have ordered is available in our warehouse, we will ship your order within 2 to 6 working days.

• 2 - Custom-made items: If the shoe size you have ordered is not available in our warehouse, we will manufacture the shoes specifically for you. As our shoes are handcrafted with care, the manufacturing process will take approximately 6 to 7 working days. Once your custom shoes are ready, they will be shipped to you within an additional 2 to 6 working days.

Please note that our skilled artisans handcraft all of our shoes to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. We appreciate your understanding of the time required to create these unique, custom-made products.

We will keep you informed of the progress of your order and provide tracking information once your shoes have been shipped. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Upon receiving the payment for your order, Guess&Kom will ship your products within the timeframes mentioned above. Please note that the specified delivery terms are not compulsory or essential, and Guess&Kom cannot be held responsible for any missed deadlines.

We ensure the shipment of our products through express couriers, chosen based on the product purchased and the destination. Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer during the registration process or to an alternative address provided during the order transmission.

To check the status of your order, use the "Order Tracking" feature provided by the courier and available in the Reserved Area. This can only be done after the products have been shipped.

Upon delivery, please verify that the packaging and/or product pack is intact, undamaged, and free from any alterations in sealing materials.

PS: Please note that certain types of leather, such as deer, kangaroo, and ostrich, may be subject to export customs procedures in some countries (including Japan, China, and Switzerland) to certify their compliance with the Washington Convention. This process may take up to ten days, resulting in an additional 10 working days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

 

You have the option to return your product within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the products are not worn or damaged.

In case you need to exchange a product (due to an incorrect order or damaged product), we will send you the replacement and take back the original item.
